Stress.

Stress as a teenager comes naturally. Anything could cause stress such as, homework, relationships, and clothes. Here are some stress relievers:
1. Exercise: keeps you healthy; keeps your mind off things for a while.
2. Get plenty of rest: you'd be surprise how a extra hour of sleep can brighten your day!
3. Ask for help: Don't ever be afraid to ask for help when you feel things building on you.
